Nigerian R&B sensation Bankole Wellington, better known as Banky W, has made a significant move to the United States with his family.
The EME label head revealed on Instagram that he is embarking on a new academic journey by pursuing a Master’s degree at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Accompanying a photo of himself, his wife, actress Adesua Etomi-Wellington, and their child at the airport, Banky W expressed his excitement about this new chapter.
In his post, he wrote: “For family. For finding purpose. For the next year of earning a Master’s degree in Policy Management at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Wish us well.”
Adesua, responding in the comments, added a heartfelt message: “Home is wherever you are.”
