A Nigerian man based in France, who was also a fan of the Nigerian Grammy-nominated singer, Asake accuses the singer of damaging his phone.
The fan shared his unpleasant experience with the artist in a video he posted to X (Twitter). He explained that he had been trying to take a selfie with the singer after his amazing performance in Paris.
Unfortunately, things didnโt go as planned, as he was not only snubbed, but the interaction resulted in his phone getting damaged.
The video showed himself desperately trying to take a selfie with the artist but was pushed away which resulted in the phone slipping out of his hand and failing, the phone was also kicked after it fell.
The fall damaged his new phone, leaving it with numerous cracks and scratches.
The post gave rise to mixed reactions among netizens, as may debate whether the artist was in the wrong for what he did, or if it was the fan who failed to respect the singerโs personal space.
