Nigerian singer and rapper, Phyno responds to a naysayer on X (Twitter) who suggested that he and his colleague, Olamide end their careers because ‘no one still listens to them’.
The X user Santorini (@KinqKudos), for some reason, decided it was high time that the two well-known Nigerian rappers packed up their careers, claiming that there was no reason anyone would still be listening to their music in 2024.
His post insinuated that the rapper’s careers were now old and they were now a thing of the past. This statement triggered a reply from one of the mentioned artists, Phyno.
Though short his reply was very pointed, it was written in Igbo, his native language, one that he always raps in in.
He said, “Akpa amu gi there“, which when translated means “your balls“, accompanied by a fist pointing emoji.
