VICE President Kamala Harris will spend the day engaging swing state voters through radio interviews. She will then participate in a family dinner, which she described as a tradition before attending her election night watch party at Howard University in Washington, DC.
“I will be at my alma mater, Howard University,” Harris said during an interview this morning on Pittsburgh’s “The Big K Morning Show with Larry Richert.”
“Before that, I have a tradition of having dinner with my family, and we will be doing that. A lot of my family is staying with us. Throughout the day, I’ll be talking with people and reminding them to get out and vote,” she added.
According to CNN, Harris urged Pittsburgh voters to make their voices heard, saying, “I would encourage everyone to remember that in our democracy, the people get to decide, and your vote is your power.”
The Democratic candidate is set to face off against Republican Donald Trump.
