In a surprising turn of events, Bauchi State’s Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Ibrahim Muhammad Kashim, has stepped down from his position.
Governor Bala Mohammed promptly accepted Kashim’s resignation, which was announced on the 13th of December, 2024, through a press statement by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado.
In a swift move, Governor Mohammed appointed the Chief of Staff, Dr. Aminu Hassan Gamawa, as Acting SSG, ensuring a seamless transition.
