THE Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has extended an invitation to former President Olusegun Obasanjo to visit the Port Harcourt Refinery, which recently resumed operations.
In a statement issued today, NNPCL stated that the invitation aims to allow the former president to verify the refineryโs operational capacity and progress.
The move follows Obasanjoโs remarks in an interview, where he expressed doubts about the facilityโs functionality.
In response, the NNPCL highlighted its achievements and encouraged him to see the progress firsthand.
