Former federal lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani, has asserted that “the disruption has started” in the United States under President Donald Trump.
“The disruption has started,” Sani declared in a post on X, signaling the beginning of what he views as a transformative era.
This remark follows Trump’s directive to withdraw the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO), a decision made just hours after his inauguration as the 47th president of the US.
Trump justified the move by accusing the global health agency of mismanaging the COVID-19 pandemic and other international health crises.
Recall that the 20th of January, 2025, Sani had labeled Trump a “disruptor” and expressed concerns about the challenges his presidency might pose to the world.
Through his X handle, Sani reiterated that Trump’s tenure could present significant global upheaval.
