Galaxy Backbone MD Meets Enugu SSG to Drive Digital Transformation  

The Managing Director/CEO of Galaxy Backbone, Professor Ibrahim A. Adeyanju, met with the Secretary to the Government of Enugu State, Professor Chidiebere Onyia, and his team to discuss how Galaxy Backbone’s digital infrastructure can support economic and social development in the state.

The meeting addressed expanding digital connectivity, improving public service delivery, and implementing initiatives to advance Enugu State’s digital transformation goals. Both parties emphasized the importance of technology and digital services in enhancing governance, driving economic growth, and benefiting communities.

Galaxy Backbone outlined its existing transversal and metro fiber infrastructure in Enugu State, which provides a foundation for improved digital access for government agencies and businesses, fostering efficiency and digital inclusion.

The organization expressed its intent to work with the Enugu State Government to deploy digital solutions such as cloud services, unified communications, and cybersecurity frameworks to support the state’s digital economy.

This collaboration aims to deploy digital infrastructure that contributes to development and improves public service delivery in Nigeria.
