He shared a video on Instagram claiming that both the prosecutor and the judge have close relationships with her.
According to VeryDarkMan, Mikel Ezekwe, the prosecutor, has been sanctioned by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) for alleged human rights violations.
Additionally, VeryDarkMan pointed out that Judge Omaeye Alexander is an Instagram follower of Mercy Chinwo, which led to questions about their relationship.
He expressed worries about favoritism and suggested that the judge should consider stepping down because of this tie.
“This case should be given to a neutral person, a Muslim judge that may not know Mercy Chinwo, doesn’t listen to gospel songs and doesn’t know Eezee concept”, He added.
