Re: Peter Obi would not have done anything differently

I agree with Cosmas Maduka that Peter Obi would have removed the subsidy, as it was an inevitable move for any administration. However, I respectfully disagree with the notion that Obi wouldn’t have implemented different policies.

While I agree that subsidy removal would have been on his agenda, I believe that Obi would have channelled those savings into production and infrastructure. His approach would have focused on stimulating production and Peter Obi, we know, would have also cut down government expenditure. That alone would have made a significant difference in how the funds were utilised, creating long-term positive impacts on the economy and benefiting the general public.
