Tinubu Passes Vote of Confidence in Ganduje-Led APC Leadership, Calls for Party Unity

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has commended the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) under its National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, for the party’s successes in various elections.
Speaking at the APC Caucus meeting held at the State House in Abuja on Tuesday, President Tinubu expressed confidence in the party’s ability to drive national progress and contribute to Africa’s development.
“We can steer the future of this country and make a difference. I like what is happening around the world. It is teaching us a lesson—that we, particularly Nigeria, are a great African country that can build and help Africa grow,” Tinubu stated.
Reaffirming his commitment to the APC’s Renewed Hope Manifesto, the President emphasized the importance of achieving food sovereignty rather than just food security to strengthen Nigeria’s role in repositioning the continent.
“I am a very happy man. The sunny side of this country is on the horizon. Things are getting better; the days of gloom are gone. We are looking at the brighter and sunnier side of our country and our people,” he added.
Acknowledging the challenges Nigerians face due to some of his administration’s policies, Tinubu reassured party members of his determination to deliver on his promises despite criticisms.
He praised Dr. Ganduje’s leadership, highlighting his role in ensuring electoral victories for the APC across various regions.
