“She’s My Daughter” – Ado Doguwa Praises Tudun Wada Chairlady, Sa’adatu Yusha’u

The former Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Hon. Alhassan Ado Doguwa, has described the Chairlady of Tudun Wada Local Government, Hajiya Sa’adatu Yusha’u, as his daughter.
Doguwa made this known in a statement posted on his verified Twitter (X) account, which was confirmed by Kano Times.
“It’s a pleasure to interact with my daughter, the Honorable Chair of my Federal Constituency, Tudun Wada Local Government, Hon. Sa’adatu Yusha’u. She was part of the esteemed Kano State delegation on Tax Reform, contributing to critical discussions,” Doguwa stated.
Hajiya Sa’adatu Yusha’u is the only female local government chairperson in Kano State and also serves as the Chairlady of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON).
She is the wife of Air Commodore Salisu Yusha’u (rtd.), who contested the Tudun Wada/Doguwa Federal Constituency seat in the 2023 general elections under the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) but lost to Doguwa of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Doguwa is a strong critic of the NNPP, particularly its national leader, Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso.
