Nigerian Medical Scientist Heartbroken as Fiancé Calls Off Wedding Over sudden ‘Genotype Change’

A Nigerian medical laboratory scientist, identified as Peace, has been left devastated after her fiancé abruptly canceled their wedding just two weeks before the ceremony, citing a sudden change in his genotype results.
The couple had been together for five years and had initially conducted genotype tests to ensure compatibility before proceeding with wedding plans.
The Heartbreaking Discovery
Peace revealed on TikTok that her fiancé had previously tested AA, while she had always been AS. This compatibility gave them the green light to move forward with their wedding preparations.
With invitations printed and guests already invited, she was blindsided when her fiancé suddenly informed her that he had undergone another genotype test at a different lab, which showed he was actually AS.
Due to the newfound genetic incompatibility, he insisted that the wedding could no longer take place.
Peace, being a medical scientist, questioned the accuracy of his claim, expressing disbelief that genotype results could suddenly change.
“As a med lab scientist, I know the importance of genotype while courting. I did his genotype for him, and he was AA, while I have always been AS.”
She later discovered from his friends that he was allegedly planning to marry another woman soon, making her suspect that the genotype excuse was just a ploy to end their relationship.
